Bad service and consideration

This is my review of Edwin tuckers store Crediton, There is a serious lack of concern when not being able to complete an order that has been placed on a regular basis, I order 4X 15kg sacks of food each month and have made an ongoing order for my food, but unfortunately this is not being done and i have now been left without my dogs food on a 2nd occasion, the lack of concern is disheartening and unproffesional. i rely on consistancy and regularity but Tuckers have now failed me to many times, so i have now retracted my orders and now tuckers will lose my business of over £100 p/m in dog food alone, i have also informed buyers of our pups to seek there food elsewhere in future, how can i confidently recomend a company that fails in there business.
