I urgently needed a particular diamond wedding anniversary card with 'Mum & Dad' on. I called Gail around 2pm and the very helpful lady said she was unable to get away from the shop but would send her husband home to despatch the card 1st class. It arrived on my desk at 08:20 the next day. Great customer service. I will use them again and (hopefully) give them more time.
